Dynamic Column

Problem Statement

I have a filter which is:
1. Current Cycle

Table Structure:
Year Cycle Quarter Period
2020 202002 Q1 P01
|        |             |    |
2020 202002 Q4 P13

2019 201913 Q1 P01
|         |            |    |
2019 201913 Q4 P13

I want a column that needs to be dynamically implemented

Example 1
Current Cycle: 202002
Column should have
Period: P01 -> A
Period: P02-P13 -> B

Example 2
Current Cycle: 201913
Column should have
Period: P01-P12 -> A
Period: P13 -> B

I have developed a DAX but that create a measure and poeses some difficulties in the visualization field plus for my further calculation i want a dynamic column
