Duplicated measure doesnt work

Hi,

I have a perfectly working measure, I duplicated it to create a new one with a littile change. But even eithout any change it doesnt work. I searched a little and solution seems to be using aggregation functions. But i need to use an if statement with string column and aggregation function doesnt help. Any idea how to fix it. thanks...
