Drill Down From Countries to Regions

Hello everyone i have a dataset consisted of the following columns

date
country
region
impressions
conversion
Clicks

i want to build a map that will show the countries ad performance but also i want to be able to drill down to the region level of each country is this possible? so for example on the map and datasets i have countries England , United States of America , Germany and the regions are London , Manchester , New York , Franfurt , Washington , Berlin ...

so on the map i have the world map with heat color for performance and if i click on germnay , it will drill down to the regions and show a heat map on the regions of thier performance.

is this possible?
