Dreaded Placeholder error

Hello,

I have two tables, CRM Sharepoint ( a list of facilities) and Monthly Data, joined on the Facility ID.  I have a measure in Monthly Data:

Current Vacancy = IF([WD Total FTE Model]=0,0,CALCULATE(1-DIVIDE(SUM('Monthly Data'[FTE Status]), [WD Total FTE Model]))).

I'd like to find the total number of facilities with 100% Current Vacancy for a card.  I've been trying:
Sites 100% Vacant = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('CRM Sharepoint'[CRM_Account_Name]), 'NAPA CR HCM Monthly Data'[Current Vacancy]=1)
And get the placeholder error...I never know what that means??

    CALCULATE filters are tables. It is trying to identify which table is supposed to be filtered based on the provided measure value but your code identifies none. You need to manually tell the engine which table do you mean to filter. However, using CALCULATE in this case is not recommended. You may try

    COUNTROWS

    FILTER (

    VALUES ( 'CRM Sharepoint'[CRM_Account_Name] ),

    [Current Vacancy] = 1

    )

    )
