Double VLOOKUP

Hi guys, need your help in solving my problem

I need that function(s) which will return the number(3) if the Date(1) will be equal to TODAY() and the item (2) ="Селитра аммиачная"

This can be achived with If condition rather than lookup..

If you wanna lookup based on two columns just concate column1&2 and then do lookup
