Does RLS apply to user with Contributor role in Power BI Apps

Hello, 

I 've some question about RLS and AApps in Power BI : 

 - A contributor can access All related Data in a report in a workspace even if we have RLS applied, so even If I publish this report to an App, the RLS will not be applied ?Do I need to delete this person from the workspace role and then share the Apps link to hem, in this case RLS will work?

- A Contibutor role can create other reports based in the Dataset used in the published App even with RLS??

Thanks for your help, I need these informations to affect role to people who'll use the report

@IkramElmarksi RLS does not apply for Contributors. The only workspace role RLS is enforced for are Viewers.

@Greg_Deckler I found the information already about the contributor in Microsoft Doc but there is nothing related to the Apps and RLS or the Data access and the RLS for roles other than viewer,can you please give me more informations in this side?
