Divide two different tables gives incorrect value

I have cost & production matrix as below

I want to have third matrix, which divides cost from each country by its production.  I have used this measure: intensiity = SUM(Cost[Value])/sum(Production[Value]) but it does not show the correct value. It seems cost from each country divided by total production, as below.

Kindly need your help to solve this problem and really appreciate your help. Thank you

Hi @mirf 

the continent/country should be in a separate connected dimension table. Same applies to asset type.

Yes, I already create separate table for continent, country and make relationship but no success

Which tabe?  I cannot find it in the data model.
