Hi, @Anonymous
Please correct me if I wrongly understood your question.
If the below picture is what you are looking for, please try the below measure.
I also attached the link of sample pbix file down below.

Hi, @Anonymous
Thank you for your reply.
So sorry to say that now I am confused. In the last picture, John's ratio is 75%?
Then how about James? Is James's ratio 100%
Or, in AccountSTID #6, "John" and "No Employee Task" is misplaced?

Hi, @Anonymous
Please check the below picture whether it is what you are looking for.
The link to pbix file is down below, and the measure is written in the file.

Hi, @Anonymous
I think I misunderstood the meaning of overall value.
In my calculation, the definition of overall value was,
(0+100% + 67% +0%) / 4
But, you want to show the overall like, assigned account(5) / total account (6) = 5/6 = 83.33%, am I correct?
I have changed the measure, and please check the link below.

And your second question is, in my opinion, doable.
If you can provide it with some sample data, I can try to look into it to come up with more accurate measure.
Thank you very much.
