Displaying the data Actual vs. Planned

Is there a way to reflect the following data:

where

Actual has 2 fields

Plan has 3 fields

I am trying to find a way to categorize Plan vs. Actuals just like the above image.

You likely need the Charticulator visual to make that chart.
