Display Different Measure in based on DAte Columns in stacked Are Chart

Hello Community,

I currently have a Stacked Area chart in Power BI which shows two running total Measure Values. 

In X Axis is a normal Date Table. I also have a constant Line Axis Value which shows the Latest Refresh Date, which is in another Column.

The Visual should display the running total values until the latest Refresh Date Constant Line. Afterwards it should DIsplay another MEasure, which is a forecast Value. I tried to use Selectedvalue on the latest refresh date, but did not manage to get proper results

You don't need another measure. You can change the behavior of your existing measure depending on the date value.

Please provide sample data (with sensitive information removed) that covers your issue or question completely, in a usable format (not as a screenshot). Leave out anything not related to the issue.
