Dinamic top N and set the rest into Others group

I need your help, 

I want to create a dinamic top N and set the rest into "Othres" .

Here is the PBIX file, what should I do....?

Hoping to add value to what @johnt75 suggested, if you want to be able to select "others" as a filter, this is the improved video

this is not included in the video suggested by @johnt75 which shows the basic approach. My suggestion is to what the vidoe he suggested, first, and then the one I suggest here
