Different row level security in different table but same report

Dear members hi,

I have a problem that I really don't know how to solve it.
I have a report with row level security based on division. For example the Sales Manager will be able to see in detail only the Sales Division. For example he will be able to see the cost per employee for the sales division. But i need in the same report in different table to be able to see the total average cost for all divisions. He won't be able to see anything else except the total average.

Is this possible??
