Difference between two rows with some filters

Hello, im gonna show first an image just to help you undesrtand what im trying to do:

 

I want to calculate the difference between rows that have the same number in colum "Nºtrade" and the difference is between the row with "Cierre" - "Apertura".

I hope you undesrtand what im trying to achieve.

Its just a measure to cacluate the Profit&Loss of a list of trades.
