Dealing with RedCap Dataset

Hi All

I'm dealing with a dataset from REDCap survey that allows for more than one response to a question. My dataset currently looks like the screenshot below. I'm not sure how to create useful visualisations using it. It would help to have one field (ie risk factors) with all the responses in one column. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks 🙂
