Dax Measure to get specific text value

Hello everyone! I have a table like this: Area Description A Mounting Production Area ... B ... C ... D ...   Now, I am looking for a measure that shows me the text for Are...

    How about this one?

     

    Description for B = CALCULATE(MIN(Table[Description]), Table[Area] = "B")
