Dax Issue

Hi Everyone 

     i am struggling in one dax issue. I don't know how to create these types of measure. i need to show on that User id ,brand wise how many transaction done in each and every part means one transaction, two transaction these types. please sort me out.

@Anonymous , for this you need to segmentation or bucketing on the measure count(Table[User_id]), Using an independent table with ranges like 1-1, 2-2 , 3-3, 4-4, and 4- 10000
