For the totals, create 2 more measures like:

result =
IF(
	HASONEVALUE('Table'[Si No]),
	[closed],
	SUMX(
		VALUES('Table'[Si No]), [closed])
	)
)

Stand with Ukraine!

Here are official ways you can support Ukraine financially (accounts with multiple currencies):
1) Support the Armed Forces of Ukraine: https://bank.gov.ua/ua/about/support-the-armed-forces
2) Come Back Alive foundation: https://www.comebackalive.in.ua/

Thank you!

@Chandrashekar , you can use this measure:

closed =
SWITCH (
    TRUE (),
    NOT ISBLANK ( SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Table'[Date_Closed] ) ), 1,
    NOT ISBLANK ( SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Table'[Date_opened] ) ), BLANK (),
    0
)

Use similar approach for the opened case.
