Date Error

Hello power bi team,

Can you please give me some help on the following?

I'm trying to extract the difference in days between 2 dates,  compare the result with a parameter and based on that show a result, but  it throws the following advertisement

In the two VAR line, try to wrap the definition with MIN or MAX. 

If error persists, please indicate what filter context do you have or how are you going to present the measure.
