DISPLAY QUARTER MONTH AND YEAR

Hello,

I have been dealing with this date.  The skateholder dont want to see Q1, Q2, Q3 instead March 2023, December 2022, Sept 2022

Can you please help me on this?

The output worked out beautifully but somehow is not sorting the months in order and the quarter by default. 😞

@BeginnerBI  sort your "mmm yyyy" column to Qu column.

For E.g below image i was sort month column by monthsort column so you will be "mmm yyyy" column sort by Qu Column.

Here are the steps you can follow：

1. Create calculated column.

MAXX(
    FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[QU]=EARLIER('Table'[QU])),[Date])

FORMAT(_groupdate,"mmmm")&" "& YEAR(_groupdate)

2. Result:
