I want to be able to find the properties in "Listing Table" which are listed on the market for less than 70% of their comparable property sales in "Comparables Table".

Listings Table: Contains all properties on the market (MLS).

Comparables Table: Contains the properties sold in last 3 months in the same city.

How to find comparable properties in "Comparables Table":
1. Properties on "Comparables Table" within 1/2 mile driving distance of properties on "Listings Table". Calculate driving distance using LAT/LONG or Google Maps API.
2. Properties with similar "SQUARE FEET" when compared to properties on "Listings Table" with +/- 100 SQUARE FEET in variation.
3. Properties with same BEDS and BATHS. Round up baths, e.g. 1.25, 1.5 or 1.75 is 2.

Calculate Comparable property sales: Mode of sale PRICE. Default to MEDIAN price.
