DAX tips to sum amount

Dear Experts,

 

I have data table looks like this:

 I want to create a report that end up like this:

Please give me some DAX tips to do it. 😆

@Stopira  Hey Mate,
First create a measure Amount = sum('table name'[amount])
then select a table then simply drag your all these dimension and in value feild  put measure we just created .
you will get outhelp 2.JPGput like this

@Stopira , I think max for item number, Min for column 1 and sum for column 2. Rest all are un summarized
