DAX quarter Calculation Difference

Hi All--   I would expect the highlighted amount to be the difference between Q4 & Q1 = 29,251 – 28,723 = $528.    Below is my code.   QoQ $ $ = IF(     ISFILTERED('ICC Reports'[Date])...

    That's working out the percentage. Try

    QoQ $ $ =
IF(
    ISFILTERED('ICC Reports'[Date]),
    ERROR("Time intelligence quick measures can only be grouped or filtered by the Power BI-provided date hierarchy or primary date column."),
    VAR __PREV_QUARTER = CALCULATE(SUM('ICC Reports'[$]), DATEADD('ICC Reports'[Date].[Date], -1, QUARTER))
    RETURN
        SUM('ICC Reports'[$]) - __PREV_QUARTER
)
