DAX mesaure / Need help

Hello, everyone,
I am creating a DAX measure to calculate a distinct count using (Distinctcount) the number for which the "START" intervention exists and for which at least one "END" intervention exists. You can see the columns below: The columns are from the same table called Table 1. according to this figure, there are a lot of data.

My best regards. Thank you.

    Hi

    I made a solution, you see if my understanding is wrong. What I understand is to find the number of distinct values of column 1 that are common to start and end.

    Below is my table:

    I create a new table to find End and Start common row.

    The following DAX might work for you:

    Measure =
        CALCULATE(
            DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[Column1]),
            EXCEPT('Table','Table (2)')
        )

    The final output is shown in the following figure:

    Please feel free to let me know if I understand the wrong requirements.

    Best Regards,

    Xianda Tang

    try something like

    Example measure = COUNTROWS(INTERSECT(
    	CALCULATETABLE(VALUES('Table 1'[Column 1]), 'Table 1'[Column 2]='Start')
    	,CALCULATETABLE(VALUES('Table 1'[Column 1]), 'Table 1'[Column 2]='End')
    ))
