try to write a measure like:

LastWeekEnd = 
MAXX(
    FILTER(
        DateTable,
        WEEKNUM(DateTable[Date]) = WEEKNUM(TODAY())-1
            &&YEAR(DateTable[Date]) =YEAR(TODAY())
    ),
    DateTable[Date]
)
