DAX for FY Change

Hello All

I have this DAX formula which looks at a date table and pulls over the Fiscal Year associated with a date in another column. My current dates in the data go from FY year 2016 to 2021. New data will come in going to 2022.

FY = RELATED('Date Table'[Fiscal Year])

I need to modify this formula so that every 1 Oct it moves the range up a year. So this 1 Oct 2021, I need it to just look at 2017 to 2022 data. I need this same rule to kick in every 1 Oct so the range bumps up a year (ex: 2018 to 2023 starting 1 Oct 22 and so on). Does anyone know how I would modify this DAX to do this?

@Userpath77 Perhaps I am missing something but why modify the calculation versus the report. Is the 2016 data going away in the data table?

Greg----the report is new and been decided that it will keep the older data in case it's ever needs for historical purposes. So we're trying to find the right DAX to have Power BI only look at certain data mentioned aboved.
