Hi @chieboi ,

I’d like to acknowledge the valuable input provided by the @Rupak_bi . Their initial ideas were instrumental in guiding my approach. However, I noticed that further details were needed to fully understand the issue.

DAX does not perform implicit conversions on Boolean or string values when comparing values. This behavior may lead to unexpected results or errors if the data types involved in the comparison are incompatible.

You can click on the column name involved in the expression to manually change its type to text format.

You can also use the FORMAT function to convert a value to text according to a specified format. For more details, refer to the documentation: FORMAT function (DAX) - DAX | Microsoft Learn

Best Regards,

Clara Gong

I am not sure as you have not shared sample data, but just check if the "PalletID" is numbers or text. also change your if statement in case of blank as below and check.

if(expression <> blank(), ,)
