DAX command not returning a value

Hi I am not able to get any value retuned for the dax command below 

I am trying to calculate the last qtr cart adds based on selection however since my data has duplicates i have to summarise the data can some one please help me undersatdn the error with the formula 

I am fairly new to the community and this is my firt post so please bear with me in case i have missed anything

I am not sure you have a dates table in your model, if not add a dates table and create relationships then use PREVIOUSQUARTER function to get the correct values.
