DAX Novice Need Help

I'm fairly new to DAX and Power Bi.  I'm trying to come up with a formula that if the Splicing Date is > 4 days from then Turnover date or blank then the Turnover Date row will turn red.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

@James218 can you make sure data type for your columns is date.

@James218 add a calculated column for color and use that as background in conditional formatting.

KPI Color = IF( 'Table'[Turnover Date] == BLANK() || Datediff( 'Table'[Turnover Date], 'Table'[Splicing Date], DAY ) > 4, "Red" )
