DAX Measure which will identify duplicates within events in progress window

Hi Guys, 

Been stuck on this for a while. 

I would like to build a solution which will identify all the rows which were open at a specific date and then show which of these share the same adress (count duplicate adress). 

This measure will need to be filterable by date so I can table progress. I would like to be able to metrics of the back that would show how many properties have 1 duplicate, how many have 2 etc.

I can reproduce this table without issue for todays date but I cant get the results to filter to show the number of duplicates on previous days. 

Ideally I would like to be able to produce month on month and year on year figures. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
