DAX Measure for creating a 100% Stacked Ribbon Chart

I am trying to build a measure that will display my "HB Gross Charges" data as a % of total for each fiscal year, similar to the Stacked Bar Chart below.   I found this post that is very similar to...

    Please have a try.

    HB Gross Charges % of Total = 
DIVIDE([HB Gross Charges], CALCULATE([HB Gross Charges], ALLSELECTED()))

    Or try this .

    HB Gross Charges % of Total =
VAR TotalCharges =
    CALCULATE ( [HB Gross Charges], ALL ( 'Date'[Fiscal Year] ) )
RETURN
    DIVIDE ( [HB Gross Charges], TotalCharges )
