DAX Formula for a Change in the Process

I have a dataset where I am trying to identify the start and end point of a change in behavior of the process. I have included pictures below to show the start and end point I am hoping to identify and also to show some of the variability of the process. The graph shows the values for each unique ProcessID in the table ProcessValues. Can anyone provide guidance on how to identify the start and end point on these graphs?

read about LINESTX and WINDOW.  The slope part of that should give you a "good enough"  indication of behavioral changes in the graph.
