DAX Formula determining if customer called back within 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours or > 72 Hrs

Hi all, fairly new to Pbi and this is my first post. I would like to mimic the formula as shown in excel below (I know its slightly dodge), but using power BI with the same data set. The formula is under the green column in the visual below. Any ideas on how to do this please?

Hi @butiwan2

You can create a new column with below DAX.

Column =
var _curDate = 'TableName'[Date]
var _preDate = CALCULATE(MAX('TableName'[Date]),ALLEXCEPT('TableName',TableName[Param3]),'TableName'[Date]<_curDate)
return
SWITCH(TRUE(),
ISBLANK(_preDate),"24 Hrs",
VALUE(_curDate - _preDate)=1,"48 Hrs",
VALUE(_curDate - _preDate)=2,"72 Hrs",
VALUE(_curDate - _preDate)>2,"72+ Hrs",
"24 Hrs")
