    Please try this:-

    Column = 
SWITCH(TRUE(),
'Table'[Product ID ] in {2222,4444},"Not Applicable",
 DIVIDE('Table'[Collateral Amount],'Table'[Loan Amount],0)*100 >= 150,"Adequate colleteral",
 "Inadequate colleteral")
