DAX Expression for lookupvalue in same table

Hi 

need experts your support for DAX expressions for the below table? I would like to bring the below values to the below cells or new columns

    Hi, really appreciate your file. but, I need to know how this is done. I can't use the file you provided. i am not sure how you did merge queries.
