I would like to understand how my customers journey accross the Years. ( Its retail business)

I have different products which are low end to high end.

My customers visit the stores location in different places and does the shopping.

I want to understand how a customer is upgrading from low end products ot high end and what is the customer behaviour in terms regular purchases
