I am not exactly sure what you ask but I far as I understand this could help:

Cumulative Total =
COUNTROWS (
    FILTER (
        ALLSELECTED ( 'ASSET' ),
        'ASSET'[Calc_Age] <= MAX ( 'ASSET'[Calc_Age] )
    )
)
