    Hi VinLee1314 

    you have to YearMonth number column in your date table. The try the following 

    Cumulative Mthly Leavers =
    CALCULATE (
    [Leavers],
    'Calendar'[YearMonth] <= MAX ( 'Calendar'[YearMonth] ),
    ALLSELECTED ( 'Calendar' )
    )
