Cumulative data with text format

Hi everyone, 

I would like to jnow if it's possible to create a dax function for cumulative data but without date? 

I mean, I have determinated a measure in the dataset with number of weeks with text (ex : 48 weeks N-1) etc.

I tried a formula with dateYTD but in fact, isnt date here...

The cumulative data is for "Montée en charge" with the "Sum of CA net net" depends on the "Libellé semaine MEC" (text function).

Is it possible to create this?

It is possible but it would break down at the year end rollover.
