Try to create a measure like below:
Cum = CALCULATE(SUM('Table (2)'[Sales]),FILTER(ALLEXCEPT('Table (2)','Table (2)'[CycleNum]),'Table (2)'[Month]<=MAX('Table (2)'[Month])))
