    Time new =
MAXX (
    FILTER ( RELATEDTABLE ( Table2 ), Table2[Status] = "New" ),
    Table2[Time]
)
    Time In Progress =
MAXX (
    FILTER ( RELATEDTABLE ( Table2 ), Table2[Status] = "In Progress" ),
    Table2[Time]
)
