Creating custom table based on already existing query(1)

Dear all,

This is an "How To" type of question.

Creating custom column with the following logic.

IF [Reactie] = "QQQ" then check for [Reactie] = "CI" under the same reference (column 4) -- eventually a yes or no as answer

Column (Reference) contains of identical references but these reference appear multiple times.
