Creating a budget parameter to return recommended implimentations

I have a list of recommendations which each have an associated ID, Cost, and ROI.

I am trying to create a tool that will let the end user input their custom budget as a numerical value and have Power BI return a list of recommendations that are prioritized to maximize the total ROI and whose total combined budget is less than the specified budget of the user. Essentially I want the user to be able to ask what if X is my budget, what recommendations should I put this budget towards.

I have used the What IF parameter function to implement a slicer that allows the input of a value between 1 and 1 million (ideally I would like a higher budget but then I am having trouble when using the single value slicer for lower numbers). However, the main issue I would like help with is creating a function that will allow me to calculate the best combination of recommendations within the inputter slicer value.

Hi  @Hamad132486 ,

Are you referring to selecting a value in the slicer, Power BI combines the cost of each recommendation based on the priority of the ROI.

if convenient, you can use the screenshot form to express your expected results, or share a sample pbix after removing sensitive data. We can better understand the problem and help you.
