Creating a Measure to Display Values Despite Missing Relationships

I want to create a measure that displays values for the remaining two columns even if there is no relationship with the 'Purchase_Orders_Releases (2)' table. Currently, when there is no relationship to 'Purchase_Orders_Releases (2)', the result of the measure is blank.

 

The current measure is:

    Hi PKPK90 ,

     

    I can't be of much help. Perhaps you can provide me with your pbix file? and the desired results.

    Please delete sensitive data and do not log into your account in Power BI Desktop when uploading pbix files.

    All this is to better solve your problem.
