Creating Historic Table on PowerBi (PowerQuery or DAX)

Hi! I would like to know if there is a way to create historic tables on PowerBi for a daily report that I am creating.

Originally I have been creating this report manually every single morning, which includes an excel data table that includes all the historic data accumulated during this year that looks like the following:

Which includes the date and the most important information that I calculate with the information I download.

Now I have been given access to a dataflow that downloads the information automatically every single day every 2 hours, but it only contains the daily information of the warehouse which means there is no "historic" information.

I would like to use this dataflow so that the reporte becomes automatic and want to be able to create a table on Power Bi (Using DAX or Power Query, whichever is easier) that stores the historic daily information (like the one that i manually create on excel)

For now I have been able to create a table visualization with the daily information, but I do not know if Power Bi is capable of storing this information so that the next day that information is in a table and can add the new information of the new day.
