Create title from concatenated values in table column

Good morning. 

Is it possible to write a DAX measure for MyTitle as shown below? That is, how do I get the list of values shown in a table and expand them into a concatenated string?

@michellepace , You can create measure like

concatenatex(Table,[AutoNumber])

and add that to title : https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/desktop-conditional-format-visual-titles

CONCATENATEX (
    FILTER ( ALL ( tb[AutoNumber] ), tb[AutoNumber] in {69449, 69458} ),
    tb[AutoNumber],
    UNICHAR ( 10 )
)

Only certain numbers you want to display or entire column values want to display. For certain numbers we can implement dax by CNENFRNL suggested. If you want whatever selected from slicer to this column title we will create more dax.
