Create a Historical Table Forecasts

Good morning!

I have a Column that has historical dates and plus seven days that contains forecasts for them. I want to create a table that stores those forecasts because each week it will be recalculated. So, I'm trying to create a table that contains all of those dates and the seven forecast values, so each week this forecast history will increase in 7 values.
