Create Measures without affected by Filter Visuals but can still affected by another slicer filter

Hi PowerBI experts,

I have a data about item code q'ty that expected to product (Prod_Qty) and failed item codes (Rejcected_Qty)
since we have many item codes so that i filter on the visuals to show top 10 by Rejected_Qty
i want to see the percentage of each item by taking total rejected_qty divide by total Prod_qty of specific date range
However, I created the measure that can calculate the total Prod_Qty by specific but when input on the visual it only calculate the total Prod_Qty of that 10 item only, i want it to be total Prod_Qty of that date range
Does anybody know a way to help, really appreciate!
Here's the image sample for it

Update: Solved it myself, have to create a new table with single relationship to filter the date and removed the item code columns in the new table to avoid visual filters
