m9 = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS(DISTINCT(Table[Column])),Table[Value]<=3.99 && Table[Value]>0)
Hi revasree ,
You will need to give us more information to write this, but this is the basic IF. You will need to surround this with and IF(Company=x && Director = z) depending on your setup.
