CountIf Table

Hello,
I have a project manager table with the kpi values per kpi type and owner.

I need to to a table that count the number of times that my values is less than 0, grouped by "Owner". Do you know which expression should i use?

    Hi Sea_and_Anne

     

    Try using this measure

     

    Number of negative = SUMX(VALUES(Table1[Owner]), CALCULATE(COUNTA(Table1[Value]), Table1[Value]<0))
