Count the rows conditional linking multiple tables

Hi,

I have a schema like the below.

Trying to identify how many Table3[RAID ID] with Table3[Number of impacts] > 2 are associated to each Table1[Cap ID]?

What is the best way to do this? Appreciate your help.
